Vivek Bindra's 10-day MBA Programme under scrutiny

In a press release issued last year, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) stated that it wants everyone to be careful about fake 10-day MBA programs. AICTE stated they don’t have any rules for a 10-day MBA program. This warning is because of Vivek Bindra, a motivational speaker. Bindra has been advertising a 10-day MBA program. The AICTE noticed this and said, 'we have seen that some speakers are trying to sell a 10-day MBA crash course. We want to tell everyone that this is not a real thing, and it’s trying to mislead young people.'

Vivek Bindra has been booked under various sections of the IPC including 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (Intentional insult), 427 (Mischief causing damage), and 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt). Going by the FIR, Vaibhav has alleged that Vivek Bindra locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses and physically assaulted her severely, resulting in injuries all over her body. The incident took place at around 2.30-3.00 AM on 7th December, the day after the day of the wedding. Vaibhav in his FIR has alleged that the fight took place when Yanika tried to intervene in the argument between Bindra and his mother Prabha. After Yanika tried to resolve the matter, Bindra allegedly dragged her into a room, locked her in, and assaulted her causing severe injuries.
