The first and the most important question is, Covaxin vs Covashield - which vaccine best? The experts said that both vaccines had undergone research and both vaccines are effective. You may get vaccinated by either of two, this will prevent severe coronavirus and deaths.
Secondly, the experts answered the question about, can one go with covashield after and one dosage of covaxin? They clearly answered NO, one has to take both doses of the same vaccine.
People were curious to know that can people get COVID-19 infected after the second dose of the vaccination? The doctors said data of COVID patients after vaccination is limited but as per the data released by the US Agency Center for Disease Control, 99.99% of people did not get infected after taking the corona vaccine.
The doctors informed them about the symptoms after the vaccination, they said that fevers, chills, body pains, and tiredness are the basic symptoms and we suggest them to take paracetamol and they will be okay after 2 to 3 days. There won't be major side effects but one can feel pain on the injection point. And the vaccine is still effective if any side effects are not seen.
Many people raised questions about the second dose and can one stop after taking the first dose, to end this confusion the doctors said that the complete effect of the vaccine can only be obtained after the intake of both doses. One dose would not be enough and it is best to take the second dose after 4 to 8 weeks of the first dose.
One doctor answered that the natural antibodies are not destroyed and the vaccine will generate more antibodies which will help our immune system to fight against the coronavirus, will not harm our immune system.
The experts said a clear no for home vaccination but as an option, they told that a camp can be organized if there are 50-100 people in a building.
Doctors claimed that people with previous infections like cancer can take the vaccination and people taking medications should also take the vaccination. But the feeding mothers and the pregnant women must avoid.
