Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu’s wife recently shared a tweet informing people that she us suffering from a dangerous disease. Navjot Kaur Sidhu took to her Twitter handle and wrote that she has been diagnosed with stage 2 of invasive cancer. She apart from informing, also penned down a heartfelt note for Navjot Singh Sidhu who is currently lodged in Patiala Jail. She shared the news of her diagnosis and wrote, “He is in the prison for a crime he has not committed. Forgive all those involved. Waiting for you each day outside probably suffering more than you. As usual trying to take your pain away, asked for sharing it. Happened to see a small growth, knew it was bad.” Post, this, she shared another Tweet in regard to same which read, “Waited for You, seeing you were denied justice again and again. Truth is so powerful but it takes your tests time and again. KALYUG.Sorry, can’t wait for you because it’s stage 2 invasive cancer. Going under the knife today. No one is to be blamed because it’s GODS plan: PERFECT.” Let’s get to know what is Invasive Cancer and whether it is curable or not.
What is Invasive Cancer?
Invasive Cancer is basically a type of cancer that has started to spread beyond the layer of tissue or organ in which it developed. This kind of cancer grows into surrounding healthy tissues making the cancer cells spread all across the body. Invasive cancer is also known as infiltrating cancer. When cancer cells reach this point, they release a substance that breaks down cellular membranes allowing cancer to spread among other tissues from the point of origin.
Symptoms of Invasive Cancer

4. pain in the lower abdomen
5. a frequent need to urinate
Is stage 2 of Invasive Cancer curable?
There is treatment available for invasive cancer. The cancer is curable using modern treatment technologies chemotherapy, radiation, full or partial bladder removal, a combination of the three approaches.
As soon as Navjot Kaur Sidhu shared the news of her diagnosis various Congress leaders wished her speedy recovery. Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring wrote, “I'm sorry that you have to undergo surgery. Thankfully it was detected on time. Praying for your speedy recovery. Waheguru Mehar Karan."
