A video of a verbal spat between a Commissionerate Police Station Chief (SHO) and a post office customer has gone viral after SHO, who claims to be in a hurry defied all the norms of the social distancing and sequence, appears in front of the post-office employee, who at that time was about to deal a female customer, asks her to do his work.
However, this didn't go well with the customer standing in a queue and she promptly started to capture the entire scene into her phone's camera. In the video, a woman can be heard asking the employee about the procedure which each customer has to follow to get their tasks done and she said, "it's a token system." SHO, on the other hand, did not have a token to get his tasks done. When a customer asked for the same the SHO replied, "I have booked an appointment here."
On noticing video recording, SHO bluntly asked the woman to stop shooting video but, the woman told him to show his token if he wants to get his work done. SHO continues to say that he somehow managed to visit post-office amidst duty hours and she has become an obstruction in his path.
