The woman who was accused by the agent is a 48-year-old mother of a 12-year-old. She is an undocumented Guatemalan woman residing in California.
The agent reportedly used to send her messages on Facebook and also asked her to watch a live video of him masturbating.
Her son is in the Border Patrol station in Clint, Texas and the agent works at the same place, he first asked the woman for her Facebook and after which she was allowed to talk to her son.

She felt that the Facebook communication might help her talk to her son but later on went on to become a sexual evil in her life.
In an interview, she said “I felt like the world was falling on top of me” “I felt my son is in the hands of a bad man.”
But she did'not keep quiet instead she chose to speak out despite her fear of her son in the custody.
The spokesperson of CBP said on Tuesday “The vast majority of CBP employees are dedicated, honest, compassionate and fair professionals,”
He also added, “This alleged conduct is not in line with our code of conduct and will not be tolerated.”
The agent will still out there for his work as the investigation is still underway.
