Dr. Vivek Bindra, YouTuber & motivational speaker, has been facing legal charges after his second wife Yanika accused him of domestic violence. Dr. Vivek Bindra who reportedly got married for the second time on December 8 to Yanika has been accused of assaulting his wife and is facing multiple serious charges. An FIR has been filed against Vivek Bindra in Noida's Sector 126 police station on 14 December by his wife Yanika's brother Vaibhav Kwatra. Before Yanika, Vivek Bindra was booked after his first wike Geetika Sabarwal filed an FIR against him.

As per reports, Yanika is the second wife of Vivek Bindra. Vivek Bindra's first wife is Geetika Sabarwal. Bindra is having a dispute with his first wife. The case of both is pending in the court. Geetika Bindra is a resident of Omaxe Heights Society, Faridabad. She had filed a complaint in Faridabad Police Station Central after a dispute with her husband Vivek Bindra. In her complaint, it was said that there was a dispute going on with her husband Vivek Bindra for many years. Geetika had said that she feared her life was at risk in her complaint against Vivek Bindra. A divorce case is going on between them in the court. Geetika has also sought maintenance from Bindra. Both of them also have a son.
Charges against Vivek Bindra leveled by his second wife Yanika
Vivek Bindra has been booked under various sections of the IPC including 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (Intentional insult), 427 (Mischief causing damage), and 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt).
Going by the FIR, Vaibhav has alleged that Vivek Bindra locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses and physically assaulted her severely, resulting in injuries all over her body. The incident took place at around 2.30-3.00 AM on 7th December, the day after the day of the wedding. Vaibhav in his FIR has alleged that the fight took place when Yanika tried to intervene in the argument between Bindra and his mother Prabha. After Yanika tried to resolve the matter, Bindra allegedly dragged her into a room, locked her in, and assaulted her causing severe injuries.
