The first-ever National Creators Award 2024 went underway on Friday with PM Modi honoring influencers, YouTubers, and content creators of India for their excellent contributions. In a jam-packed Bharat Mandapam, the Content Creators of India were elated to meet PM Modi and get the awards for their respective nominees. Instagram influencer Jahnvi Singh on Friday won the Heritage Fashion Icon Award at the National Creators Award 2024. Jahnvi Singh was presented the award by none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi. When Jahnvi Singh arrived at the stage she tried to touch PM Modi's feet, however, the Prime Minister also bowed down to her feet for promoting India's culture and heritage through her content. Jahnvi Singh is a 19-year-old Instagram influencer who mainly makes content focused on spirituality and Indian culture. Jahnvi Singh hails from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh and she is also a Yoga Instructor. Apart from Instagram, she also owns her YouTube channel Gita Se Gyaan. As the name suggests, Janhvi spreads the teachings of Gita and solves daily life problems through sacred books. Jahnvi Singh is now a full-time content creator for the past 2 years. Talking about Jahnvi Singh's educational qualification, she did English Honours from Amity University. Before this, Jahnvi Singh has won multiple awards in the past like the Yuva Soch Award 2023, and ClassPlus : India’s Top Creator. Winning the Heritage Fashion Icon Award, Jahnvi Singh during the event said, "I want to take the New India forward through traditions, spiritualism, and of course traditional Indian sarees. I would like to request everyone to not forget their roots, customs, traditions, and culture."
Listening to this, Prime Minister Modi asked Jahnvi how she could encourage the youths to buy ready-made clothes like Dhoti, Saare, and all. Jahnvi responded, "Our country has different types of textiles and I promote those through my videos."
