Who was Sheena Bora's father?
When Sheena Bora's murder first grabbed the media limelight, it was alleged that she was the sister of Indrani Mukerjea. However, later, Indrani confessed that Sheena was her daughter, however, the name of her father was not revealed. While it was alleged that Sheena Bora's father was Indrani's first husband with whom she gave birth to a son named Mikhail. However, in The Indrani Mukerjea Story: Buried Truth, Indrani refused it saying that Sheena was not the daughter of Siddhartha Das. Indrani stated that before marrying Siddhartha Das, she was 8 months pregnant with Sheena. She told Siddhartha Das about Sheena Bora and still, he accepted Indrani and gave Sheena his name.

Indrani revealed that she even told her mother about this but she asked her to forget this which happened for the first time. However, after the second time, Indrani's mother confronted Upendra Kumar Bora and she asked him to leave the house.
Later, Indrani became pregnant and when she went to the doctor to abort the child, the gynecologists told them it might be fatal for Indrani. Therefore Indrani decided to keep the baby and later Sheena was born.
However, in a 2015 report, Upendra Kumar Bora denied the claims and accusations that Sheena Bora was his daughter. Upendra Kumar Bora, father of Indrani Mukherjea, on Thursday disputed his daughter's claim that murdered Sheena Bora was his daughter. He named Sheena's father as one Siddarth Das.
For the unversed, Sheena Bora was allegedly strangled to death inside a car, purportedly by her own mother Indrani Mukerjea, along with her then-driver Shyamvar Rai and former husband Sanjeev Khanna. The case is yet to be concluded by the CBI. Currently, Indrani is out on bail.
