Team India's star leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal's dating life is yet again in the spotlight amid reports that he is getting divorced from choreographer wife Dhanashree Verma. Rumors have surfaced that Yuzvendra Chahal had proposed an actress & influencer named Zaara Yesmin during an Instagram live session. It has been alleged that Yuzvendra Chahal during COVID times proposed Zaara Yesmin during her Instagram live. It was when Chahal was not married to Dhanashree Verma. Interestingly, during that time period, Chahal and Dhanashree met and fell in love with each other.
In a recent interview with Filmigyan, Zara opened up on the issue. She said that she and cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal are just good friends. She narrated an anecdote from the COVID era, when the two decided to go live on Instagram to discuss COVID-19 precautions, including the use of masks and safety measures. Since then, false reports surfaced that Yuzvendra had proposed to Zara live on Instagram.
Zara said that she felt embarrassed because of these rumors, especially when Yuzvendra got married soon after the live session. She called those rumors baseless and clarified that the whole story was nothing more than a fabricated rumor.
For the unversed, Zaara Yesmin rose to fame with Tushar Kalia's hit music video 'Sab Ki Baratein Aayi',. She is also a famous social media influencer. She has established herself as a producer and businesswoman. Zaara Yesmin's Instagram profile has huge number of followers as well. Zaara Yesmin's Insta profile (while writing) has 5.1 million followers where she often shares her bold and glamorous pictures for her fans.
In the meanwhile Chahal and Dhanashree continue to remain silent and away from each other amid divorce reports. While Chahal has now started training by joining the Punjab Kings (PBKS) camp for IPL 2025, Dhanashree Verma has gone to her grandparents' house in Nagpur i.e. away from the media spotlight.
