Zyan Malik who is currently busy promoting his album Room Under the Stairs spilled the beans that how dating website Tinder knocked his profile out twice thinking that he was catfishing. In dating terms, Catfishing refers to when a person takes information and images, typically from other people, and uses them to create a new identity for themselves. Zayn Malik's Tinder Ban
Zayn Malik during an interview revealed that he was suspended after dates refused to believe it was genuinely him on the match-making app. The 31-year-old singer explained, "It’s not been too successful for me, I’ll be honest. Everyone accused me of catfishing. They’re like, ‘What are you using Zayn Malik’s pictures for?’ I’ve been kicked off once or twice."
It is pertinent to mention here that Zayn Malik is mot the first Hollywood star to be banned on Tinder. Singer Lewis Capaldi, 27, previously revealed he suffered a similar fate on Tinder.
Zayn further said, "I’m really content and happy with being single for the first time in my life."
Zayn further confirmed that he has always been in a relationship since the age of 17. "From 17 to 21, I was in a relationship. I was engaged and [planned to get] married and I didn’t know anything about anything at that point," said Zayn.
Zayn further revealed that he was planning to marry Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards before having a relationship with model Gigi Hadid. Zayn and Gigi Hadid share a three-year-old daughter Khai.
