The platform has garnered significant interest, with 90% of companies that participated in the testing phase opting to integrate Nugget into their operations.

It previously launched an AI chatbot within its app to assist users with orders, initially available for Zomato Gold members. Additionally, around 1.7 years ago, Zomato began integrating AI into backend operations, including product photography and customer support, appointing a head of AI product development to lead these efforts. These advancements highlight Zomato’s commitment to AI-driven innovation for both customer-facing and internal processes.
