Filmmaker Vinod Kapri has shared on Twitter a video of a 19-year-old youth running on the road late at night in Noida, which is becoming very viral.
In the video, a young man named Pradeep Mehra refuses to be offered a lift. Pradeep wants to join the army and for this he runs 10 kilometers daily from his office to home.
A 19-year-old boy running at high speed on the road of Noida at 12 o'clock in the night, whose every step is behind the motive of treating his mother to joining the army.
The boy's face was soaked with sweat, but the face remained bright. When filmmaker Vinod Kapri was seen passing by the road, he offered to drop him home by car, but despite several requests, he did not agree to it.
Dream of joining the Army
Pradeep Mehra, 19, completes his job in McDonald's company and practices daily running, because his dream is to join the army.
Pradeep is a resident of Almora district of Uttarakhand. He told that he lives in Noida with his elder brother.
His mother is admitted in the hospital.
Every day it takes 10 km from Noida Sector-16 to Baraula.
Pradeep tells Kapri that he runs home after his job in the company as he does not have more time for running practice.
Pradeep, who hails from Uttarakhand, said that he has to get up till eight in the morning to eat for his brother, have to prepare. He runs for ten kilometers daily from Noida Sector 16 to his home in Baraula.
'I'm not doing anything wrong'
Kapri told Mehra that his video is going to go viral soon. To this he laughed and said, who will recognize me, but if it goes viral then it is okay, I am not doing anything wrong.
Kapri also offered him dinner by sitting together. He said that if he goes to dinner with them, his brother will go hungry. His brother works night shift in a company and cannot cook for himself.
On this, Kapri praised Pradeep a lot and moved on. The video is fast becoming viral on social media. People are saluting the spirit of the youth.
