Fenugreek seeds water: Start your day with one glass on Methi seeds water
Oats: Eat one bowl of masala oats that were soaked overnight full of vegies. Eat at 10 am
Chapati and sabzi: 2 Chapatis with 1 bowl of sabzi at 12 noon. Don’t eat anything after this
Makahana: One bowl of roasted makhanas as an evening snack at 5pm
Moong Dal Khichdi: Keep your dinner light. Have 1 full bowl of khichdi at 7 pm
Water: Make sure to drink 3-4- litres of water everyday
Banana and Peanut Butter: Eat this as your breakfast before working out
Fruits: Make sure to eat 1 bowl of fruits either at 11 am in the morning or 6 pm in evening
