Tomato Chutney: Sauté tomatoes, green chilies, and garlic. Blend with salt and tamarind paste.
Mint Chutney: Blend mint leaves, green chilies, tamarind, and salt.
Peanut Chutney: Blend roasted peanuts, garlic, tamarind paste, red chilies, and salt.
Onion Chutney: Sauté onions and red chilies. Blend with tamarind and salt.
Curd (Yogurt) Chutney: Mix curd, grated cucumber, green chilies, and salt.
Coriander Chutney: Blend coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt.
Red Coconut Chutney: Blend grated coconut, dry red chilies, tamarind paste, roasted chana dal, and salt.
Garlic Chutney: Blend fried garlic cloves, red chilies, tamarind, and salt.
Capsicum Chutney: Sauté capsicum and tomatoes. Blend with roasted peanuts, tamarind, and salt.
