Wheat Flour (Atta) Dosa : Combine whole wheat flour, rice flour, and salt with water to make a smooth batter. For flavor, add some finely chopped onions and green chilies.
Poha and Rice Dosa : Soak poha (flattened rice) and rice for an hour, then blend into a smooth batter. Add a pinch of baking soda for immediate fermentation.
Millet Dosa : Soak millets and urad dal separately for an hour. Blend to a smooth consistency, mix together, and add salt. The batter is ready for immediate use.
Bread Dosa : Blend together bread slices, rice flour, curd, and water. Ensure a smooth consistency and season with salt.
