Baba Siddique was shot dead in Mumbai on Saturday after two unknown shooters opened fire at him. While both the shooters were arrested by Mumbai Police, their handler Zeeshan from Jalandhar fled the crime scene. Later, Lawrence Bishnoi-gang in an unverified Facebook post took responsibility citing Baba Siddique's close proximity with Salman Khan and Dawood Ibrahim. Now, Lawrence Bishnoi gang's hit list has been accessed and it says that Bigg Boss winner & Comedian Munawar Faruqui was on their radar in September 2024. As per Times Now, the Bishnoi gang's hit list has been accessed. Going by Lawrence Bishnoi's hit list, not only Bollywood actor Salman Khan is on target. The list also included a host of other celebrities. The report stated that the Bishnoi gang was about to target comedian Munawar Faruqui. In the month of September 2024, Munawar Faruqui had to attend an event in Delhi for which he was taking a flight from Mumbai. In the same flight there were two henchmen of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The henchmen were chasing Munawar Faruqui. Both of them had booked rooms in the same hotel. They were very close of assassinating Munawar Faruqui.
Munawar Faruqui had an event at the IGI stadium in New Delhi in the month of September 2024. Munawar Faruqui was staying at Hotel Surya which is in South Delhi. The Delhi Police Team was looking for the henchmen or shooters of Nadir Shah, a Delhi-based businessman who was shot by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
During this particular course of investigation, the Delhi Police raided the hotel premises after getting a tip-off that the shooters could have been staying there. Since there was a threat on Munawar Faruqui's life, the situation matched and that's why the Police presence at the hotel created panic. Munawar Faruqui could have been the possible target of the Bishnou gang shooters. The report clarified that Delhi Police Special Cell senior officials did not comment publically on this but sources suggest that Munawar Faruqui was one of the possible targets of the Bishnoi gang. Munawar Faruqui has come under the radar of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang due to his old controversial where he used satirical jokes on the Hindu religion.
