On 6th October, the grand premiere episode of reality television show Big Boss 18 was aired on Colors TV and JioCinema. The contestants of this season included renowned TV celebrities, advocates, politicians and more. The theme for this season was “Time Ka Tandav”. Bigg Boss show is considered to be the most controversial show on TV.
Ravi Kishan had also shot a special segment of Bigg Boss 18. Salman Khan hosted the show for the fifteenth time. The list top 6 finalists of the show include Vivian Dsena, Chum Darang, Avinash Mishra, Rajat Dalal, Karan Veer Mehra and Eisha Singh.

The Big Boss 18 grand finale will get broadcasted on Colors TV and Jio Cinema on 19th January. The finale episode will start at 9:30 pm and is expected to last for three hours.
The show's host Salman Khan will announce the name of the winner in just few hours. The winner of Bigg Boss 18 will get a grand cash prize of Rs 50 lakh and a trophy. The voting line will be open till 12 pm on 19th January.

Bigg Boss has seen multiple changes in the amount of its prize money over the years. Bigg Boss 12 winner actress Dipika Kakkar had received Rs 30 lakh and Sidharth Shukla had won Rs 50 lakh in Bigg Boss 13. Meanwhile, Big Boss 15 winner, Tejasswi Prakash got Rs 40 lakh cash prize whereas MC Stan won Rs 31.8 lakh in Bigg Boss 16.
Munawar Faruqui was awarded with Rs 50 lakh in Big Boss 17. The lowest prize money was in 2015 as Bigg Boss 8 winner Gautam Gulati took home a cash prize of Rs 25 lakh.
