Who is Rosa Peral and what did she do?
The murder of Pedro Rodriguez came to the fore when his body was found burned in the back of his car boot by authorities. To be precise, Pedro's body was found near the swampy Foix reservoir in Barcelona in 2017. The brutal murder of Pedro sparked a massive outrage resulting in a nationwide probe. The investigation lasted more than three years and amounted to Peral and Lopez being put behind bars for a combined total of 45 years. Notably, Rosa Peral was also a Spanish Police officer. After Rosa was arrested, she was suspended by Barcelona City Hall.
