On 13th January, Monday, on the occasion of Lohri, Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s mother Charanjeet Kaur shared an emotional note on Instagram. In the note, she remembered Sidhu Moose Wala and mentioned about celebrating first Lohri of 'Chota Sidhu'.
Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu professionally known as Sidhu Moose Wala was an Indian singer and rapper. He had predominantly worked in Punjabi-language music and cinema. He is considered to be one of the most influential and successful Punjabi rappers of all time and among the greatest singers of India.
She wrote, “With your return I not only realized that, I am still breathing, but it also reduced my pain and sorrow. With the fate of the Satguru in my womb, son, I have come to know that the justice is done by the God. Sometimes, when my heart becomes restless, my mind tells me that I had to see two forms of you.”
Following this, she referred to her younger son as a continuation of Sidhu’s legacy and compared him to a lion. She then blessed her younger son and wrote, “Happy first Lohri to my little Shubh from my big Shubh and from all the brothers and sisters who wish him happiness all over the world.”
Last year, Sidhu Moose Wala's parents welcomed their newborn baby boy on 17 March 2024. A post was shared revealing the baby’s face. It read, “There is a unique depth in those eyes, one that understands every truth of our lives.
“Beyond the innocence of the face and beyond words, there is a precious radiance, always making us feel that the face we had once entrusted to the Divine with tearful eyes has now returned to us in a small form, blessed by the grace of the Divine and the prayers of all brothers and sisters. We will forever remain indebted to Waheguru for His immense blessings upon us,” they further wrote.
