YouTuber & staunch critic of PM Modi-led BJP government, Dhruv Rathee on Tuesday dug out an old tweet made by Narendra Modi. Pointing out Narendra Modi's 2012 tweet, Dhruv Rathee asked his followers, "What was Narendra Modi trying to say here?". In the tweet, PM Modi talked about giving question papers to weak students in advance. Many of the followers of Dhruv Rathee assumed that PM Modi supported giving question papers in advance. Rathee pointing out to PM Modi's 2012 tweet is sensitive because it came at a time when NEET & NET paper leak sparked a massive nationwide controversy.

In the tweet, PM Modi wrote, "@narendramodi - If a student is weak and there is test day, you give questions a day in advance the student can get marks."

However, PM Modi talking about giving question papers in advance has been put misleadingly. A user shared a series of tweets in the comment section saying that when Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister he was taking a dig at Congress leader Sonia Gandhi.

The user wrote, "Then CM Modi was taking a dig at Sonia Gandhi, saying that she couldn't even answer his question given prior." Below is PM Modi's tweet thread screenshot as shared by the user.

Talking about NEET Paper Leak 2024, Bihar’s Economic Offences Unit have handed over the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). However, in Bihar Police's investigation,  there was one person whom they conclusively named- Sanjeev Kumar ‘Mukhiya’, who investigators believe was the kinghpin of the entire operation. As per reports, Sanjeev Mukhiya's involvement in exam fraud dates back two decades. Started working as a technical assistant at Nalanda College's Noorsarai branch, Sanjeev Mukhiya has been linked to multiple incidents of paper leaks, including the infamous 2016 Bihar Public Service Commission constable recruitment exam leak.

It is alleged that Mukhiya runs a 'Solver Gang' with Ravi Atri where they offer leaked question papers or proxies to take the exam. The investigation has revealed a network extending from constable recruitment exams to teacher recruitment exams across multiple states, illustrating the scale and reach of the operation.
