In a shocking development, an explosion-like sound was heard near Islamabad Police Station in Amritsar on Tuesday morning. The explosion-like sound was heard around 3 AM-3:15 AM, startling residents and disturbing the peaceful night. However, Amritsar Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar has denied any attack or bomb blast that has taken near Islamabad Police Station. In meanwhile, a Germany-based gangster named Jeevan Fauji has claimed responsibility for the blast in an unverified social media post.
Gangster Jeevan Fauji in an unverified post wrote, "...I take responsibility for the grenade thrown at the Islamabad police station in Amritsar. " Furthermore, a report says that an unverified audio has also surfaced in the name of gangster Jeevan Fauji, an associate of Khalistani terrorist Happy Pasian.
In the viral audio, the man reportedly says, "I am Jeevan Fauji speaking. I take responsibility for the grenade attack on Islamabad police station in Amritsar. This is a direct warning to the police and the Punjab government.. Illegal FIRs are being registered against people....We were made homeless. Even our parents, uncles, and aunts were sent to jail. Now we will answer like this. We are not the ones to sit in fear. This is just the trailer, the whole movie is yet to come. Punjab Police and Punjab Government, keep your families safe. You have gone to your homes, we will also go to our homes."

Amritsar Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar said, "Our sentry heard the noise around 3 am-3.15 am. He saw that the was no damage. People claimed responsibility on social media. We verified those claims. We had nabbed 10 people from a module earlier, two brothers were also nabbed - one of them is a juvenile."
"Another man, Aman Khokhar & 2-3 others are on our target and they will be nabbed soon. Old incidents have been traded and we are verifying this incident as to what has been used here...But we will investigate this and take it to its logical end. This module will be neutralised...We are alert, " added Amritsar CP Bhullar.
