Notorious gangster Goldy Brar has grabbed the headline recently after a purported call recording went viral. Lawrence Bishnoi-gang associate & prime accused in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case, Goldy Brar recently called a DSP of Punjab's Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF), Bikram Singh Brar.
In the viral but unverified call recording, Goldy Brar sounded miffed and accused the DSP and other Punjab Police officers of planting informers 'Mukbir' in his gang. Goldy also argued for being branded a terrorist in India. On the other hand, DSP Bikram Singh Brar compared Goldy to a dog or a donkey. Furthermore, DSP Bikram Singh Brar was heard asking Goldy whether he was the one who was continuously calling him in the night with an unknown number or not. This hinted that Goldy Brar was totally miffed, and was trying to get in touch with DSP Bikram Singh Brar.
Over the phone call, Goldy further outlined the activities of other gangsters to which DSP Brar clarified that for Police everyone is equal. "
Brar said the police are acting as per law and would not spare anyone indulging in crime or illegal activities. DSP Brar cautioned Goldy Brar, "We do our duty. For us, you or any other gangster or any dog or donkey or horse are the same (sic). You all will get the same treatment if you don't mend your ways." Brar also reminded Goldy how their gang member Ankit shot at minor girls to save himself from a police raid.
For the unversed, the Union Home Ministry designated Goldy Brar as a terrorist on January 1, 2024. In a notification, the ministry said Brar, backed by a Pakistan-based agency, had been involved in multiple killings and professed radical ideology.
