The Punjab government has brought relief to landowners by announcing special camps in December to resolve dispute-free land transfers (Intkal) quickly and efficiently. These camps will be organized under the supervision of Deputy Commissioners in every district.
According to the government order, any dispute-free land transfer pending for more than 45 days after December 31 will result in strict action against the responsible officials. If pending cases are found in any tehsil or sub-division, the respective officer will be held accountable and face disciplinary action.
This initiative aims to streamline the land transfer process and ensure that citizens receive timely services without unnecessary delays.
