Brazilian model & actress Eliza Samudio was murdered in June 2010 by star Flamengo's goalkeeper Bruno Fernandes's friends and family members- his cousin and nephew. While Bruno Fernandes was not directly involved in the murder of Eliza, he was convicted of keeping the Brazilian model and her infant child as hostage and ultimately planning her murder. However, Bruno till date denies killing Eliza Samudio.
Eliza Samudio was horrifically strangulated to death by 'Bolo' who was allegedly linked to goalkeeper Bruno. After strangulating Eliza Samudio, Bolo reportedly dismembered her body. Multiple reports suggest that Bolo fed Eliza Samudio's body parts to dogs. However, when the cops tested the dogs, they never found Eliza Samudio's body parts.
