A major revelation in the case pertaining to firing at Sindhi Bakers in Ludhiana has come to the fore. On August 29, shots were fired at Sindhi Bakers located in Rajguru Nagar, Ludhiana. In this case, the police arrested 2 shooters. During police interrogation, the criminals have made multiple revelations.
During the interrogation, the shooters revealed that they attacked twice in 1 hour. When they failed the first time, they came again to attack after 45 minutes. The Sindhi Baker owner's son Naveen was injured in the firing. As per reports, Gangster Davinderpal Gopi Lahoria's name came also to the fore in this case. Gangster Davinderpal Gopi Lahoria plotted and instructed the shooters to attack Sindhi Bakers while sitting in Canada.
Reports suggest that both the robbers caught during the police encounter in Moga have revealed that they did not want to kill the bakery owner's son, they had come only to threaten him. Gopi Lahoria was in touch with them from Canada. He was guiding them on call as to how to commit the crime. Gopi Lahoria got these criminals illegal weapons from Moga which the robbers used in the crime.
Gangster Jagmeet Singh alias Meeta had fired at the Sindhi bakery. Police recovered a 32-bore pistol with a magazine from the miscreant. A live cartridge was also recovered from the chamber of the pistol. The other robber has been identified as Vikas Kumar alias Kasa, resident of Pahada Singh Chowk. Both the miscreants have 3 cases each registered against them in Faridkot and Moga.
At present, gangster Jagmeet Singh is admitted to Faridkot Hospital. Ludhiana police will soon bring Jagmeet and Vikas on production warrant. It has been learnt that there were many other businessmen in the list of robbers. Police are investigating this matter thoroughly.
