Call it gol-gappe, pani-puri, puchka, fulki, or by another name it will always be among one of those roadside foods that people enjoy the most. As we are going through the Covid-19 pandemic, health and hygiene has become more important than before. We all have come across various myths, rumors about the makers of gol-gappe that they use filthy water to prepare its concoction which makes it taste more delicious.
However, drawing a curtain on such frivolous activities, a shop-owner in Amritsar has decided to install a pani-puri vending machine. This is for the first time in Punjab that a machine has been installed to fill your stuffed gol-gappa with its concoction.

Reportedly, this dispenser machine is installed in the Shastri market of Amritsar and it has grabbed the attention of the masses. Gol-gappe lovers will just have to keep their stuffed puchka below its sensor and it will dispense the spicy water to it. Notably, this machine is able to dispense 6 types of concoction at once.
Thus, this unique initiative by the shop-owner is commendable as it is not putting people's lives in danger.
