INGREDIENTS
• Oats 1 cup
• Milk 2 cups
• Yeast 1 teaspoon
• Water 1 cup
• Sugar 1 tablespoon
• Salt 1 tablespoon
• Flour 2 cups
• Butter for greasing

DIRECTIONS TO COOK
• In a bowl mix a pinch of yeast and sugar in water and put it aside for 10 minutes.
• In another bowl add warm milk, quick oats, honey, salt, and water. Mix and keep it aside for few minutes
• Now add flour into the mixture of yeast and water and then add milk and oats mixture to form a soft and sticky dough
• Put the dough in a greased bowl and cover it for around 45 minutes.
• After 45 minutes deflate the dough and make small dough balls
• Grease the baking tin and place small dough balls on it
• Cover it and rest it for 10 minutes
• After 10 minutes, uncover it and milk wash and sprinkle some oats on it
• Bake it in the pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25 minutes
