Pakistan to employ cats & deploy them in parliament over THIS reason; set aside Rs 1.2 million budget

In a bizarre development, Pakistan is all set to recruit cats and deploy them into their Parliament. Yes! you heard it right. In another 'Just Pakistan Things' report, the country has set aside a budget of PKR 1.2 million for the cat project as well. Amid the economic crisis in Pakistan, the government has decided to deploy hunter-cats to deal with rats in the country's parliament. Pakistan's Capital Development Authority (CDA) has allocated a budget of 12 lakh Pakistani rupees for this.

As per Pakistani media reports, the number of rats in the parliament is continuously increasing. They have ruined many important and confidential files in the departments of the Senate and the National Assembly by gnawing them. They are damaging the computer wires by cutting them. The CDA is also planning to take the help of private experts to eliminate these rats. Apart from this, special mesh traps will also be installed to catch the rats.

Coming back to Pakistan's economic crisis, the country has so far taken a loan of 6.28 billion dollars from the IMF. Meanwhile, the number of donkeys is continuously increasing in Pakistan. The Pakistani government presented the country's economic survey 2 months ago, in which it was revealed that the number of donkeys in the country has increased by 1.72% to 59 lakhs in a year. For the unversed, in 2022, the population of donkeys in Pakistan was 58 lakhs. Pakistan exports an average of 5 lakh donkeys to China every year, even after this the population of donkeys in the country has increased by 1 lakh. The Pakistan government had said last year that they would get foreign reserves from the sale of donkeys. The Pakistan Cabinet had also approved the export of cattle and dairy products including donkey skins to China.
