The pictures became viral in no time and fans started to speculate that Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan may act in Panchayat Season 4. Many fans also speculate that Panchayat Season 4 may be graced by 'Big B' Amitabh Bachchan's cameo. Amazon Prime Video's Panchayat Season 4 is among the most awaited series and Amitabh Bachchan joining the Phulera world has kept fans on their edges.

However, Amitabh Bachchan is not joining Panchayat Season 4. TVF on Thursday shared the truth behind Amitabh Bachchan's picture that raised speculation over Panchayat Season 4 starcast. Amitabh Bachchan joined hands with the team of Panchayat only for an awareness advertising on cyber safety. The video was shared on Instagram with the caption, "Big B ki action-packed entry in Phulera! Sabko diya cyber safety ka zaroori message – Stop..Think..Take Action!"
In the awareness video, Amitabh Bachchan saves MLA Chandrakishore Singh who is played by actor Pankaj Jha from cyber fraud.
Reacting to the video, a user wrote, "This is the Biggest Crossover In The History Of Indian Cinema."

Panchayat Season 4 Update
Panchayat Season 3 was released in 2024 and ever since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for its sequel. As per reports, Panchayat Season 4 may be reaching the audience in 2025 or at the start of 2026. Talking about the cast of the series, Panchayat 4 will see Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, Sanvikaa, Chandan Roy, Durgesh Kumar, Ashok Pathak, Faisal Malik, and Sunita Rajwar as leads.
Amazon Prime Video's Panchayat will have a total of 5 seasons. The maker of Panchayat has already started to write Season 4. Three to four episodes have already been written. The director of Panchayat mentioned the series will have five seasons. "We made sure that we made the right content and retained the core soul of the show. We wanted to take the story forward organically. However, we have to make sure that the new season is more entertaining and emotional,” Deepak Kumar Mishra was quoted as saying.
