Patna-Delhi Vande Bharat Update

After Holi, there is a possibility of more crowd at Patna Junction and other stations. As per the Dainik Bhasker report, East Central Railway has already started preparations for this. Talks are going on with the Railway Board to run Vande Bharat Special between Patna and Delhi. Apart from this, a dozen more special trains will be run for other cities.

Meanwhile, 09025/09026 Valsad-Danapur-Valsad Special will run from Valsad every Monday from March 3 to June 30, while from Danapur every Tuesday from March 4 to July 1. 09045/09046 Udhna-Patna-Udhna Superfast Special will run from Udhna every Friday from March 7 to June 27 and from Patna every Saturday from March 8 to June 28.

08440 Patna-Puri Special will run from Patna every Sunday from March 9 to June 29. The operating period of 02394 New Delhi-Rajendranagar Clone Special has been extended. It will run from New Delhi for six days except Friday. Apart from this, 02393 Rajendranagar-New Delhi, 02394 New Delhi-Rajendranagar, 03257 Danapur-Anand Vihar, and 03258 Anand Vihar-Danapur special trains will run till April 2.

For those who are unaware, Patna-Delhi Vande Bharat was run as a festive special in October last year on a trial basis. The Indian Railway Ministry had said that the special train would operate on a trial basis, making stops at key locations, including Arrah, Buxar, DDU, Prayagraj, and Kanpur. Covering approximately 994 kilometers, this Vande Bharat Express will offer passengers a swift and luxurious travel experience, completing the journey from New Delhi to Patna in just 11 hours and 35 minutes.
