The Kalyani Nagar Accident case on Monday took a massive turn after new CCTV footage emerged on social media showing the accused minor driving his car. Vishal Agarwal's minor son's new CCTV video showcased the prime accused exiting his car along with one of his friends. Pune Porsche Car CCTV's new video is vital as there are attempts to shift the blame on the family's driver. The Pune-based builder's family has alleged that their minor son was not driving the Porsche when the accident took place. When the accident took place, driver Gangaram. However, the Pune Police have arrested the minor's grandfather of trying to threaten and influence Gangaram to take all the blame on himself.
The new minor CCTV driving video can be a development for the Pune Police. It is said that the Pune Porche accident minor accused frequently drove cars. It is not known the date or time when the accused was caught on CCTV. It is also not known whether the CCTV is of same date when the accident took place.
Two doctors arrested by Pune Police
Two doctors have been arrested for allegedly manipulating the blood test report of the 17-year-old, whose late-night drunk drive left two 24-year-old software engineers dead. As per reports, the two doctors are Dr Ajay Tawade and Dr Hari Harnor. They worked in Sasoon Hospital and they have been arrested by the Pune Crime Branch. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar informed the media that samples collected at the hospital and sent for forensic tests were not of the juvenile accused at all. "This means the sample was replaced."
"Around 11 am on May 19, a blood sample (of the teen) that was taken at Sassoon Hospital was thrown in a dustbin and the blood sample of another person was taken and sent to the forensic lab. CMO Srihari Halnor replaced this blood sample. During the investigation, we found Srihari Halnor replaced this on the instructions of Ajay Tawade, HOD of the forensic medicine department at Sassoon Hospital," said Pune CP.
