Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has fired back at the BJP after a team of Election Commission on Thursday raided Kapurthala House in New Delhi. Returning Officer OP Pandey while talking to the media outside Kapurthala House in New Delhi informed that the ElectionCommission received a complaint of money distribution on cVIGIL App and hence a team raided Bhagwant Singh Mann's official residence in New Delhi.
In response, Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann took to his X handle and wrote, "(Translated version) Today, the Election Commission team along with Delhi Police has come to raid my house Kapurthala House in Delhi. BJP people are openly distributing money in Delhi but Delhi Police and Election Commission are not seeing anything. No action is being taken on all this. In a way, Delhi Police and Election Commission are defaming Punjabis at the behest of BJP, which is very condemnable."
