Team India star batter Virat Kohli was dismissed at 6 at the Arun Jaitely Stadium by Railways speedster Himanshu Sangwan. Himanshu Sangwan ruined Virat Kohli's Ranji Trophy comeback as he sent the batter back to the pavilion on a peach of a delivery. Who is Himanshu Sangwan, the bowler who dismissed Virat Kohli in Delhi vs Railways match?

As per India Times, Himanshu Sangwan is a Ticket Collector (TC) by profession at the New Delhi Railway Station. A report published in 2020 revealed Himanshu Sangwan is 24 years old. Hence, going by that it can be assumed that Himanshu Sangwan is more than 28 years now. Himanshu Sangwan's idol is none other than former Aussie bowling legend Glenn McGrath. 

In fact, Himanshu has also trained under Glenn McGrath in MRF Pace Foundation. "I take inspiration from Australia legend Glenn McGrath. He is my idol. I learned a lot from McGrath during my stint at the MRF Pace Foundation. I was there for a short camp in March (2019)," Himanshu was quoted saying. 

Notably, it is not the first time Himanshu Sangwan has made headlines. In 2020, Himanshu Sangwan's 6-wicket haul helped Railways to defeat the mighty Mumbai in a Ranji Trophy match. During that spell, Himanshu dismissed Ajinkya Rahane as well as Prithvi Shaw. 

Himanshu Sangwan made his First Class Match debut in 2019 for Railways against UP, as per ESPNcricinfo. Talking about Himanshu Sangwan's bowling stats, the Railway bowler has taken 77 wickets First-class cricket, 21 wickets in List A, and 5 wickets in T20 as per ESPNcricinfo.
