However, fans on social media were eager to watch Team India cricketer Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma who were invited for the ceremony. Amid the Ram Temple event, multiple users claimed that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma did not attend the historic event.
As a result, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were subjected to criticism. Not only this, Virat Kohli was even abused by his own fans on social media for skipping Ayodhya Ram Temple event. However, there were fans who came out in support of Kohli saying that not sharing photo does not mean he has not attended the Ayodhya event. A user tried to peddle fake news saying that Virat Kohli's Ayodhya Invitation was revoked.
