In a shocking development, the daughter of a mayor in Nepal Gopal Hamal on Tuesday took to his social media handle and shared that his daughter Aarti Hamal went missing in Goa. The Nepal Mayor shared that his daughter Aarti Hamal has been living in Goa for the past many months but she has not contacted him or any family members for the past two days. Therefore, Goa police had registered a case and launched a search operation. On Wednesday, the Goa Police found Aarti Hamal at a hotel in North Goa's Mandrem. Notably, the Goa Police is yet to reveal why Aarti broke all her contact with family. Now, the question arises who is Aarti Hamal?
Who is Aarti Hamal?
Aarti Hamal is 36-years-old and she an Osho meditator. Aarti came to Goa a few months ago. On Facebook, Aarti uses the name Artusha Hamal Dhyan Leela. As revealed by her father Gopal, Aarti has been associated with the Osho Meditation Centre in Goa during her stay in the country.
Gopal Hamal on Tuesday took to his Facebook handle and wrote, "My eldest daughter, Aarti, is an Osho seeker; she has been living in Goa for a few months to meditate on Osho. Since yesterday, she has lost contact with Zorba Vib Asbin Breeze, so I am humbly appealing to the well-wishers living in Goa to help in the search. Also, my younger daughter Arju and son-in-law are going to Goa on tonight's plane to look for their elder sister Aarti, so I sincerely request that you facilitate the necessary support and search."
Arzoo Hamal, Nepal Mayor's younger daughter on her Facebook wrote, "We just reached Hyderabad, we have a 5 hour long transit before our flight to Goa. We have received more than 500 calls since we left from Nepal to Lucknow. We are still getting calls even post 12:00 am. Some of the people have been very helpful and we are eternally grateful to them. According to some callers she was last spotted at a bridge near siolim. Few of them believe that she was taken to a hospital from there in an ambulance as she was found unconscious while the others have been saying that she was taken to the police station. Our well-wishers who have reached out and are trying to help have been looking in hospitals and police stations in and around that area."
"But nothing has really been clear so far. My flight to Goa is at 5:45 am from Hyderabad. An FIR has been logged and we are hoping to find my sister soon. All the information we have has been provided here. I’m sorry I'm too exhausted to reply individually. We are still getting calls from people and we are giving out the maximum information we have amidst all the stress, anxiety, and exhaustion."
