Who is Shehbaz Sohi?
As per reports, Shehbaz Sohi is a lawyer by profession. Anmo Maan's husband-to-be Shehbaz Sohi's family lives in Zirakpur. On the other hand, Anmol Gagan Maan’s family hails from the Mansa district. Shehbaz Sohi’s family owns a banquet hall in Zirakpur.
Talking about Anmol Gagan Maan, she precisely belongs to Khillan village near Jawharke in Mansa, the same constituency where Sidhu Moose Wala belonged. She had contested the 2022 Punjab Assembly elections in the Kharar Constituency and secured victory. Before joining politics, Anmol Gagan Maan was a Punjabi singer. She left this profession and started politics with Aam Aadmi Party. In 2022, she got a ticket from the Kharar assembly constituency of the Mohali district. She defeated Akali Dal candidate Ranjit Singh Gill in the election.
During her singing stint, Anmol Maan sang songs like ‘Sherni’, ‘Cola vs Milk’, and ‘Suit’. She also sang songs for the AAP during the poll campaigns when the party entered state politics. After 2014, she became an active party member and worked as a volunteer.
