The answer is no. Kafas is a 'pre-written and it's fictional' story that revolves around Sunny Vashisht, a teenager who is molested by his co-star after getting an opportunity to star in a Hindi film. As the trailer shows, Sharman Joshi and Mona Singh play the character of the father and mother of Sunny who were offered Rs 10 crore in return for their sign for settlement and to not reveal the molestation story. What did Mona Singh say about Kafas True Story?
Mona Singh in an interview with a news portal stated that Kafas is a fictional story and it has no links to any real-life movie stars or any teenagers. "Of course the story is pre written and it's all fictional, but when you talk about parents, they will always definitely go to any length to protect their children and their family and think the best for them. Here in Kafas, Seema and Raghav have not just kept quiet about it. They have fought against all odds to protect their children."
